How to book?
You may book online at https://nextbus.ph
- Select your preferred trip date
- Select trip and seat/s
- Input your details
- Complete payment
You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
How can I cancel my trip or request a refund?
Refund request can only be processed in any NEXT BUS ticketing office up to fifteen (15) minutes before the trip. Subject to applicable fee/s.
How to rebook trip?
Passenger reservations may be rebooked online up to two (2) hours before the trip by selecting the Manage Booking button on the ticket voucher or at https://easybus.ph/rebook and is subject to applicable fee/s.
For same-day online rebooking, some payment options may not be available.
Over-the-counter rebooking is also available at any of NEXT BUS ticketing office. Subject to the following fees:
Rebooking: ₱50.00
Refund: 20% surcharge.
Service fee is non-refundable.
Are pets allowed onboad?
Pets are allowed onboard, subject to the following guidelines:
- Small to medium pets are allowed if inside a carrier, wearing diapers, and odor-free.
- Pets must stay beside the owner and require a fare equal to one seat.
