4. Complete payment
You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
How can I cancel my trip or request a refund?
Cancellation and request for refund may be processed in any Alps ticketing office up to twenty-four (24) hours before the trip and subject to a 20% surcharge. Service fee is non-refundable.
How to rebook trip?
Passenger reservation may be rebooked online up to twenty-four (24) hours before the trip by selecting the Manage Booking button on the ticket voucher or at https://easybus.ph/rebook.
Over-the-counter rebooking and requests for refund are available at any of Alps ticketing offices and up to twenty-four (24) hours before the trip and are subject to the following fees:
Rebooking: ₱100.00
Refund: 20% surcharge.
Service fee is non-refundable.
